First Cycle of FEC-T, pleasantly surprised thought it was gonna be a whole lot worse!!
Really thought i was gonna get all the side effects, early days i know but still.
Got no other option but to stay strong.
Don’t over think it! You might be surprised too

Hi, I'm Patricia

I find that exercise prior to chemo – a good brisk walk and exercise after ( both light yoga and cardio with walking) really helps. sometimes just don’t feel like it, but am always better after. there is good evidence that this is supportive. Had considerable bone pain and neuopathy in legs and feet from the NEUPOGEN Using Tylenol and pot cookies. don’t want to use codeine. Looking for other ways to minimize the side effects. Suggestions?

What were the specific side effects that you experienced while taking this medication? How did you manage them?

What coping tips would you give to new patients on this regimen?

Hi, I'm hsm1611

My wife was diagnosis of Locally advanced left breast cancer (T4B) & clinically positive left supraclavicular & axillary lymph nodes (N3) and free metastatic work up .
Histopathological examination from breast mass confirmed invasive ductal carcinoma .
Immunophenotyping of which was moderately +ve for ER & PR (score 4/8) & -ve for HR2 (score1) with Ki-67 = 4% .
She started neoadjuvant treatment FEC100 ,
After 3 cycles the tumor lesions measures as follow :
First Mammography before chemotherapy : Advanced diffuse carcinoma in the left breast with 4 sizables masses in the left UOQ , UIQ , LOQ , the lesions measure 3.4*4.2 cm , 3.4*3.4 cm , 4.1 3 & 12.3 cm in diameters , the lesions are seen associated with diffuse skin & parenchymal odema as well as architecture distortion .
First Mammography after 3 cycles : Advanced diffuse carcinoma in the left breast with 4 sizables masses in the left UOQ , UIQ , LOQ , the lesions measure 2.1* 2.2 cm , 4.1*1.8 cm , 3.9 2.8 & 52.6 cm in diameters , the lesions is current improvement in the associated diffuse skin & parenchymal odema as well as architecture distortion

SO WE ARE DIASPONTED of this results cause the tumor size was not changes too much.
Is there any one faced this situation .
